LOHRI CELEBRATION
Lohri was celebrated jointly by the Punjab & Haryana Staff at Punjab Red Cross Bhawan on 13 january, 2023 . This Event was specially dedicated to the new born “Baby Girls” . The families were given sweets by Sh. Shivdular Singh Dhillon, IAS Retd. Secretary-cum- Chief Executive of Punjab Red Cross Branch, Chandigarh.
